Prices
- prices shown are current as of this date and are
subject to change without notice. Prices will be those
in effect online at time of purchase. (Customer Service
Dept).
Freight
Charges and claims - Orders are shipped freight "prepaid"
and shipping charges have already been added. Claims
for loss or damage in transit should be made Immediately
- on - "freight prepaid" with the carrier.
Product
return policy - all items to be returned must have
a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained
by Contacting
Us. The returned products must be unused
in order to receive credit towards future purchases.
BW & Co does not and will not give cash refunds.
No product can be returned to BW & Co, after 14
days from its shipment date. Returns may be subject
to restocking charges.
Guarantee
- all products are unconditionally guaranteed against
defects in materials and workmanship. Replacement,
without charge, will be made on product found defective
at our factory, after return, freight prepaid, of
such products to factory within 14 days from date
of purchase. This guarantee is in lieu of and excluded
all other guarantees, expressed or implied. BW &
Co shall not be liable for any consequential damages
or for expense resulting from use of defective products,
or products incorrectly used or installed. (Return
freight will be billed from our factory).
Note:
no responsible will be accepted for delayed deliveries
for causes beyond our control. |
